PGAQ, Qabayan Radio Sign MoU to Strengthen Filipino Community Engagement

The Philippine Golf Association Qatar, or PGAQ, and Qabayan Radio have strengthened their partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding on October 6, 2026, at the Qabayan Radio Station. The agreement aims to promote collaboration between the two organizations through activities and initiatives that will benefit both organizations and, most importantly, the Filipino community in Qatar.

This partnership comes at an exciting time as PGAQ hosts the 5th GCC Filipino Golf Tournament 2026, happening on October 9 at Education City Golf Club and October 10 at Doha Golf Club, with Filipino golfers from Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain participating.

PGAQ, led by President Charlotte “Charly” Gapasin, warmly welcomes all visiting Filipino golfers and invites the Filipino community to come out, support the players, and celebrate sportsmanship, friendship, and Filipino camaraderie across the GCC.
