Date and Time: The concert is scheduled for 11 April 2024 at 8:00pm. Gates will open at 4:00pm. Please arrive as early as the gate opening, and not later than 7:00pm to find parking and locate your seats or category zones.

Tickets: Don't forget to bring your tickets! You can either print them out or show the digital copy on your smartphone at the entrance for scanning. We will provide counters where tickets can be purchased at the venue. Note that admission shall be one ticket for one person. In general, bringing children under the age of 5 to concerts is discouraged due to concerns about their hearing safety, while in Bronze Category/Zone, no children below 14 years old are allowed.
Attire: While there's no strict dress code, we recommend dressing according to Qatar’s norm, and comfortably, noting that the venue is equipped with air conditioning system. Layers are always a good idea, as the venue's temperature may vary.
Parking: Although the venue offers ample public parking spaces, they may fill up quickly due to the anticipated high number of guests. To ensure a spot, it's advisable to arrive early or explore alternatives such as carpooling or utilizing public transportation where feasible.
Security Check: For everyone's safety, there will be a security check (x-ray) upon entry. Please cooperate with the security personnel and have your bags ready for inspection. To avoid problems during the security check, don’t bring prohibited items as mentioned below:
Prohibited Items: To ensure a pleasant experience for all attendees, please refrain from bringing large bags, outside food or drinks, weapons, or any illegal substances.
Concert Etiquette: Please be respectful to fellow concert-goers and the performers. Refrain from talking loudly during the performance and silence your cell phones.
Photography and Recording: While we encourage you to capture memories, please refrain from using flash photography or recording the concert with professional equipment. Feel free to take photos and short videos with your smartphone.
Merchandise: Be sure to visit the merchandise stands/booths. Show your support for the artists by purchasing official merchandise, CDs, or souvenirs, and support the sponsors by buying their products, such as food and drinks available for sale.
Respect Venue Guidelines: Familiarize yourself with any specific guidelines or protocols implemented by the concert venue. Follow instructions from venue staff, security officers, and marshals, to ensure a smooth and safe experience for all.
Be Mindful of Others: Show consideration for your fellow concertgoers by being mindful of noise levels, avoiding disruptive behavior, and adhering to any venue rules or regulations.
Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with the venue's emergency procedures and exits. In case of any emergency, follow instructions from venue staff and remain calm.
Dispose of Trash Responsibly: Help us keep the concert venue clean by disposing of trash properly. Use designated trash bins and recycling receptacles provided throughout the venue.

Metro Rail Day Pass
Electronic Tickets: Redemption will begin from the 8th of April until the 11th of April 2024 during operational hours. Concert-goers must present the concert ticket, and this will be scanned by the station agent to issue the unlimited day pass. A concert ticketholder can only redeem once. Any misplaced or damaged day pass will not be replaced. Any unused day pass cannot be extended or renewed beyond the date of its intended use.
