Doha. Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) Qatar and Qabayan Radio sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on May 24, 2022, outlining collaboration for the benefit of each organization and the Filipino community in Qatar.
The signing of the collaboration agreement was made between Engr. Rolan ‘Bongbong’ E. Nevado - the current President of PICE Qatar and Ms. Nhelie A. Rosopa - General Manager of Qabayan Radio, while officers and advisers of PICE and Qabayan management and broadcast team stood as witness to the signing.
Driven by willingness and commitment, PICE Qatar and Qabayan Radio ensure of supporting each other within the tenets of each organization and toward mutual benefits of each party.
PICE Qatar is one of the most active professional organizations in Qatar recognized by the Philippine Embassy and the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) in the country. Meanwhile, Qabayan Radio is the only Filipino Radio station in Qatar.
